Oil does not leak into the oil cup, how about oil leakage from the gap or back plate?
If the oil does not leak into the oil cup, it may be that the oil guide hole or oil pipe is blocked. After the oil fume inhaled by the cigarette machine is separated, the smoke is discharged out of the room, and the oil left in the volute and the inner wall of the air cabinet cannot flow into the oil cup smoothly. When the oil fume machine is turned on the next time, the air wheel throws out the oil in the volute, and the oil leaks from the gap or the back plate.
What's the matter with the small wind power of the cigarette machine?
1. The wind power of the slow-stage cigarette machine used by the user is small, the slow-stage is used for small fire soup, and the fast-stage is used for big fire cooking. If the slow-stage cigarette machine is used for cooking, the suction is insufficient;2. Too long installation of smoke pipe and too much turning angle of smoke pipe will also cause small wind force of smoke turbine;3. The outlet of the smoke pipe is on the windward side of the external wall (especially on the high-rise floor), and there is wind outside, which causes the smoke exhaust resistance of the smoke machine to be large;4. Motor failure (insufficient speed).
What is the reason for the exhaust of the cigarette machine?
Too much turning angle of smoke pipe, blocked smoke pipe outlet (too much smoke pipe extends into the public flue, resulting in poor smoke exhaust), blocked public flue and other reasons can cause back draft of smoke fan.
What is the reason for the failure of the key switch?
Cause analysis and treatment: if the key switch can be locked by pressing the piano key, and the motor cannot be started by pressing each gear, the public connection will be broken, found out and re welded; if the motor cannot be operated by pressing one gear, and the other gear is normal, it indicates that only the contact of the out of control gear is damaged or the split connection is broken, the contact and connection should be repaired; If the motor can operate by pressing the piano key switch, and the piano key cannot be locked after releasing, mainly because the conductive spring in the switch is deformed and cannot contact with the conductive sheet, or the switch spring sheet is displaced or falls off, the spring sheet shall be adjusted or a new switch shall be replaced; if both gears of the piano key switch are locked, it means that the interlock spring is squeezed, deformed and displaced, and the interlock spring shall be adjusted and repaired.
How can the oil cup of cigarette machine fall off automatically?
Generally, the oil cup is hung and stuck on the oil net of the cigarette machine. If the installation of the cigarette machine is not stable and the motor works with vibration, the vibration of the oil cup is shifted slowly and falls off automatically; generally, the oil cup is made of organic transparent hard plastic with good hardness and poor toughness, which is easy to crack and fall off under the environment of alternating hot and cold.
